The Minister of Energy and Waters, João Baptista Borges, accompanied by the Governor of Luanda province, Ana Paula de Carvalho, by the Secretary of State for Waters, Lucrécio Alexandre Costa and a vast retinue that accompanied them, evaluated, yesterday, November 5th, the level of practice of the works in process to increase the services of drinking rain equipment to the inhabitants of the capital city.
In this way, the entourage started by evaluating, already in the early hours of the morning, the rain equipment infrastructures of ETA Kifangondo, located in the municipality of Cacuaco. Next, the development layout of WTP 1 and 2 was evaluated with the nominal development range of 90,000 m3/day. João Baptista Borges marks, that with the completion of the third phase, the WTP will have a nominal development range of 210,000 m3/day. It is also important to mention that the nascent enterprise, soon to be finished, will add its time to order and many inhabitants in its prestigious extension will benefit, specifically the areas of Marçal, Cazenga, Viana, Zango, among others.
In the region of the Rabbit, another region that was white of the visitation of the leaders, it was also verified the project of fortification and increase of the ordination chain, having been attested in some residences of this demarcation that clamored now for some time for spring with fine health that had not been attended for reason of the being of the brazier of the Rabbit that did not allow to go over the canalization for ordination of the rain in some areas. After the various efforts of men and machines through an opening by a mole, it was probable to bypass the nascent malaise and to assist the current rain planning to a fringe of the public of that demarcation deprived of this service.
Giving permanence to the agenda, the governors radiographed the Kapiapia and Cassaque pumping station in the municipality of Viana, in a very advanced disposition, to their satisfaction.
The installations of the ETA Luanda Sudeste were with João Baptista Borges also white of the visitation of the retinue, with the purpose of fine-tuning the abonement of the fortification and increase of the raw rainfall adduction to the stations of rain cure of Luanda Sudeste, Luanda Sul, Kikuxi 1 and Kikuxi 2, to torar of the pumping station of Cassaque and consequently, the progress of rainfall development to the province of Luanda, with direct benefits to approximately 3.456.000 inhabitants.
In the Sapu CD, in the municipality of Belas, the rulers kept in touch with the public, presenting alternatives and quicker solutions for the result of the existing rain guilt complication in some areas. This quick remedy was white of a complete treaty between the rulers and the public around present, leaving the parties satisfied and convinced of the complication result as quickly as possible.
In the Vila Flor CD, which was also the venue for the approximation of Minister João Baptista Borges and the Governor of Luanda, there was also time for a short consultation with the public, more precisely with the residents’ board, in which both leaders answered the questions presented there, and in the same way presented the remedy for the increase of the ordinance chain.
To complete the visitation, there was time for a trip to Zango 2, rather the Cultural Center of this locality, where the local public was consulted about problems related to rain and also energy.
Finally, it is important to mention that the purpose of this visit was to get closer to the citizens, in order to diagnose “in loco” the practicality of the services and compensate the community’s problems.
In relation to some neighborhoods visited, the governors were able to x-ray the priorities in the Energy and Water Sector, with health as to the solutions to disentangle fast actions to attend the most different concerns taken by the citizens.
In relation to the visits made to the new projects that cavo authorize significant increase with more hours of rain sorting and other gains, the governors leave satisfied, in the diligence that they have an advanced level of practice.
